Typically sold as a gift to children, every year around their birthday you bring the necklace into the store to add an inch of pearls and get it restrung. This way once the person turns 18 years old they will have a full strand of pearls.
You should not swim while wearing your watch. Even if the watch is labeled as water resistance this does not mean liquids won’t seep into the case back.
Yes, you can. We also sell a variety of giftware such as jewelry boxes, baby cups and brushes, 14k covered roses, and pocket watch displays to name a few.
Bring your jewelry into the store so we can look at the piece and see what we can do to repair it.
We take cash, check and card. You can pay over the phone, however the only card we will not take is Discover.
We recommend you stay out of pools, hot tubs and avoid certain lotions or hand sanitizers. If you do need it cleaned, bring it in and leave it with us for a few days and we’ll have it looking brand new.
Typically, we hold appraisal clinics once a month. We suggest you give us a call letting us know how many pieces you have and bring them in a week before the clinic takes place.
Bring the pieces in and we’ll take a look at any prongs, chains, safety clasps and make sure nothing will accidentally break.
Once we see your old jewelry we can work to custom make you a new piece using old material so you can enjoy a new style containing the same sentimentality.

Yes, we offer custom engraving and design to put logos, names, dates, colors, etc. on company gifts.
